  • I try to work out almost everyday, taking a day off when I feel I need to. Usually it ends up being like 5 days a week. I usuall take a walk a day, or jogg, but dunno if I can call that exercise.
  • What's up :) Feel free to add me if you wish. I'm a 27 year old guy from Sweden, who really likes fitness and nutrition :)
  • Triceps kickbacks, dips and overhead dumbell extension for Triceps and Dumbbell curls and hammer curls for Biceps. Works for me. Just be careful to not lift too heavy on triceps unless you want to snap your elbows up (just talking from own experience) I would also add Concentration curls for biceps, if I could. But I…
  • Well, since i've never been overweight but wanted to build muscle I really didn't change anything drastically. Just ate a bit less fat and calorie dense stuff like cookies and icecream, that sort of thing.... and ate more of protein. When I wanted to lose some weight I just lowered my intake of overall calories, so mostly…
  • Heh, yeah. Weird. I hope so :) Thanks anyway.
  • The trick for me is to eat something unhealthy if I want to - I just fit it in to my mealplan. But of course, the less calories you got to eat in a day, the harder it gets to fit in two cookies or whatever. But as someone said, it's mostly about portion size. Just allow yourself to eat "unhealthy" stuff too, but not too…

  • To be honest, nothing. I prertty much eat like I used to. Maybe a bit less oil in the pan when I fry stuff, you just realize that one tablespoon of oil is about 120 calories. Daayum.
  • Yeah I thought so too. They don't for some reason. All I see is old stuff. But there is not a list you can add your "favorite" foods right? Should be one imo :)
  • In my opinion you should up your calories a bit and not overdo the walking - or chances are you'll get tired of it and quit. It's much better (IN MY OPINION) to do it gradually. Don't go out too hard in the begining. 1200 calories sounds too low to me. Walking is a great exercise in itself to burn some calories. And for…
  • I say eat breakfest. It's actually proven by science that girls who are "skinny" generally eat more breakfest than those who are overweight. But I know the feeling, it's not easy eating so early in the morning. I basically have to force myself to eat breakfest a bit. My tip is: make a smoothie. Just put some proteinpowder,…
  • What's up :) Feel free to add me if you wish. I'm not aiming to lose weight, but maybe it doesn't matter. Good luck with whatever you're aiming for :)
