perhaps I'm the odd one out but I made these yesterday and they were just slightly ok...I wasn't a huge fan...I'm not going to waste ingredients though...I will eat them but I might break it up and put it on yogurt or something...they smelled heavenly while baking...the taste is very bland to me

ive got some non dairy, vegan muffin recipes but after I broke down the calories, i found them all to be over 200 cals per muffin and to me it's just not worth it !!! I can find other yummier things to eat for 200 cals or less....I hope you find something that works fabulous for you

just the smell nauseates me so ... i drink LOTS of water....i drank 16 cups yesterday and it's only 1:13 p.m. here and I'm on cup 10 already for today... i think i'll just stick with what im doing :)

I've tried many fad diets in my time...the only tried and true thing that REALLY works is eating healthy and exercise. I make the Weight Watchers soup and eat it as a MEAL.
