Exactly. In a public washroom, you can also take some extra toilet paper and give it a good wipe. I absolutely LOVE my diva cup and rarely have any leakage problems. It's also nice to not have to worry about bringing extra pads/tampons with me everywhere I go.

A great way to start making friends here is to join one of the many challenges posted throughout the forums. I just started one at the beginning of this month, have a solid group of 11 other team mates, and we are doing great at encouraging each other and keeping up with statuses etc. Good luck!

I hid my sugar so I don't have to look at it; it was too depressing seeing that I am always eating too much fruit. If it takes some extra fruit to stop me eating a big bag of gummies or a couple chocolate bars, then too bad for the MFP sugar counter. :laugh:

The Men's Health TNT Low-Carb diet recommends staying under 40g of carbs per day. This is in conjunction with significantly increasing your protein of course as well as vegetables and vitamins. The same plan does work for women as well!
