MFP is not super user friendly for IP users like us. As IP is based off of net carbs, and is so low calorie, there's almost no way in phase 1 and 2 to be able to "complete" your diary. I'm an Ideal Protein dieter. There's a big Facebook group for Ideal Protein "Alternatives" - if you haven't found that already I'd check it out. Lots of IP on a budget ideas. Can't expect quite the same results, but hope that helps!
