Yeah. I try to distract myself by getting out of the house or doing something. But there comes a point where it doesn't work and I eat all the food then move on.

I agree with Kristen. You asked for info on How to help make the decision. She gave it; not rude.

I'd leave someone who constantly put me down. No thank you.

I won't give up anything. If there is something I want to eat, I'm going to eat it.

I try to underestimate my exercise as much as possible.

I usually eat them back, but only if I'm hungry. I don't eat them just because I have them. Keep in mind though, I usually burn around 100-200 calories a day.

I will, but only rarely. It gives me a stomach ache if I drink too much. I pretty much only drink water.

I divide all snacks into zip lock bags of single serve portions. It's easy not to over indulge when can still some "junk" without over indulging. Hopefully your parents won't mind all the zip lock bags :)

My baby is 10 months old. I'm a stay at home home and do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred during his morning nap. It's only 20 minutes, so it works out perfectly. Best of luck!

I've been doing it for about 2 weeks and think level II is easier in someways. The strength circuits are easier (no push-ups!) but there are sooo many lunges and plank position circuits. On second though, maybe it's not easier :/ That woman is a beast.

If that's not motivation, I don't know what is. So heart-warming.

My little boy is almost 8 months old. I stay at home with him and do 30 Day Shred when he naps. I gained about 85 pounds when I was pregnant, and have about 30 pounds left to lose.
