I think you should count it as water, the same as black cofee................there are no calories in them so they must be classed as water..........thats what I do anyway. x

I would love to be a pigeon.......................then I could fly over everybody that has *kitten* on me all my life and *kitten* straight on their heads..........or their car, or better still their clean washing on the line, but I would get all my pigeon friends to come with me and do it too.

I gave up smoking too and the weight has just seemed to pile on but obviously we must be eating and not of noticed because really we all know its calories that make fat if we dont burn them off..............I'm retired now but bringing up two grandsons ages 6 and 12 years and you would think its keeps me…
