It won't be so bad in 10 years time no. How 17 is she? I mean, has she recently turned 17 or is she nearer to 18? You've got to think though that she's still quite young. When you're 32 she'll be 20. Will she want the same things as you? Or will she be regretting giving up her young adult life to have a relationship with…

Aww I like Bella but Beaker is cute too! I have two dogs, the girl is called Cash (after Johnny Cash) and the boy is Odin (we're Marvel geeks in my house lol) There's a few pictures on my blog if anyone wants to have a nosey on over! They're both Alaskan Malamutes and just so lovely. Little Odin is 9 weeks old and Cash is…

I'd like to do it first thing on a morning before work but I am so not a mornig person at all. It takes me long enough to wake up lol

WOW!! That's awesome!

What irritates me is that if the person is unsure whether or not you're pregnant, why say anything at all? It is far kinder if they don't acknowledge it. I got asked last year when I was due. I felt so embarrassed that I lied and said in 4 months  I felt so awful and mad that a) they would even have the nerve to ask…

That's very true. I guess if my body is telling me it needs to rest then I should listen. Would rather miss a couple of days training than injure myself or wear myself out completely. Great advice!

Got home last night with every intention of starting this, sat down on the sofa for 5 minutes and fell asleep. Been absolutely drained all week from getting up at 5am every morning. Anyway, I will start today and do it twice to make up for what I was supposed to do yesterday.

Hi Ladies! I first went to the doctor when I was 13 as I had irregular periods - they told me to lose weight. I was diagnosed when I was 16 and again told to lose weight. I tried every diet, every exercise and the weight wouldn't shift. No matter how much I worked out I could not lose a single pound. I had never once been…

I can deadlift 90kg (198lbs) and I've only been training for a couple of months.

Starting mine tonight when I get home from work. After seeing the pictures that some of you have put up from when you did it before and the difference shown after the 30 days, has definitely given me the willpower to give it my all this time and finish the 30 days. Let's do this!
-
I'm super excited to do this as a group! Will do measurements and my before picture first thing in the morning ready for the 30 day end!! Lets go team!

Hi Amy I'm in the UK too! Feel free to add me for some support. Everyone is awesome on here though no matter where they're from. Everyone is uber supportive of eachother and if there is anything that you need to know, or if you're unsure over something, don't be afraid to ask as you will always get an answer from someone.

WOW! You look absolutely amazing! You should be so so proud of how far you have come so far. Definitely inspiring

It is indeed! There's a group going where a bunch of us are starting tomorrow!

Sometimes you just wanna be held and stroked and told that everything is going to be ok! You're all *kitten*. I'll be listening to Adele if anyone needs me. [/quote] HA! The thing about Adele made me laugh.

My husband works for Specsavers and he had a customer in yesterday with really sore eyes. So my husband asked him if he had used a different contact lens solutions etc all the usual optical questions. The guy then says 'I had my eyelashes tinted yesterday. Do you think I've had a reaction?'

I'm in! I always start it and never seem to finish it. Feel free to add me to give me that extra kick when I need it!
-
You're doing great though so keep going! My evening meals tend to be a lot of chicken, vegetables and rice so I can empathise there. Keep on truckin'!

It sounds like Hyperthyroidsim. My husband was exactly the same. He goes to the gym most nights and easily eats 5000 calories as he does purely weight training. He's 6ft 1 and weighs 14stone - majority of which is pure muscle. He is trying to gain weight to bulk up but he seems to have reached a standstill. But lately he…

I think cute can be sexy. Sometimes when people know they're sexy, they're a bit arrogant and that's not an attractive quality. That's what I think anyways

Even though I've only been doing this for 4 days (5 now), I felt as though I had lost some weight. I didn't want to jump on the scales just yet as I'd rather wait till it had been a week. But curiosity got me and I weighed in today and.....I've lost 2lbs! 2lb in 4 days! I'm so pleased that I've lost something already…

It's Shin Splints that you're suffering from. Sometimes it can be caused from a particular exercise that you're doing. If you try an alternative exercise that will be kinder on your shins such as swimming or yoga it should help to ease some of the pain. I tend to get it really bad if I do alot of cycling, fast paced…

Good point! I'd be chomping at the bit to find out, especially if I felt like I had lost some, I'd be desperate to know!
-
That's a really sensible way to do it I think. I'd be exactly like you and get too focussed on how much I've lost if I was doing it a couple of times a week. I guess I can only try different methods and see what works best for myself. Congratulations on the 14lbs loss though! that's awesome!
-
haha probably not a good idea!
-
Sorry guys, I should have said how frequent haha I mean like once a week/month or twice a week etc I tend to weigh myself first thing in a morning too. Thanks for all your replies!
-
As above!

Well done!! You're an inspiration to us all. You look fantastic, congratulations on what you have achieved, you definitely deserve it!
