  • Agreed because sounds like you're exercising a lot. Don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat. Also, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. The scale isn't the only way to calculate success. :)

  • I feel guilty if I don't go to the gym. I generally eat quite healthy, so I try not to get too upset with myself when I vary from the norm. I just need to make sure that the "treats" don't *become* the norm! But it's the exercising (or lack thereof) that I feel guilty about.
  • My office has it's own "snack drawer," which is filled with chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, poptarts, and other fatty foods that tempt the heck out of me! It's killer. Most days I do really well and avoid the drawer. But that's not always the case! :grumble:

  • Hasn't worked for me. Then again, I've hit a weight plateau and no extra exercise has made my weight budge so far. Bummer.
  • Today = 10 weeks since I smoked my last cigarette! Woo hoo! :bigsmile: Tonight I did 50 minutes on the elliptical - my longest time ever! So proud of myself tonight!

  • I'm not a nurse, but I second this! Taking pills is dangerous. Taking pills and exercising can put tremendous strain on your heart and lungs. Also, the risk of dehydration would also increase, that's for sure. I know it's alluring to want a quick fix, but honestly, that just is not the way to do it. I don't recommend…
