I agree with this-I end up deleting most people who never say a word to me (most friend me-then I never see a word), although I try to keep a somewhat small group because I like to see everyones progress and support them all equally:-)

I'm about 5'4" 1/2 as of now 34-31-37 Can't imagine having a 24 in waist! I thought we were posting measurements..where's yours?:wink: lol

5'5" 143 and size 8 although I just bought three pair of size 6 from different stores... I assume they must run big or something! Size medium in most tops Size 8.5 shoe

Yep I think MFP although is positive like anything is time consuming to log everything-I'm always on my phone or computer trying to log-give support-or just getting ideas etc....I've learned that I'll just need to keep putting my health first if I wanna reach my goals and get healthy....hopefully it's just a minor…

Try coconut oil. It has helped me with nearly every skin ailment I've had. My bf also has psorasis and it has helped her as well.

Some grocery stores sell it but in my area its hard to find unless you go to a GNC, or any Vitamin specialty store. I buy mine at Whole Foods and Vitamin World in the mall.

I use it religiously in my hair and all over my skin! LOVE it! Since I never use use any oil for most cooking I haven't yet gotten to try it otherwise. I must be doing something horribly wrong then, its taken me roughly a year to lose 40 pounds! Amazing some can lose that much in 2 months!

The chocolate chip muffin I ate today...sure I knew it wasn't good, I figured 300 cal maybe even 350. Shockingly is was 600!! OUCH

As far as calories go I would guess sugar free. However, I know neither is "good" for you with all the artificial junk in both, I still use my regular coffee mate faithfully and work it into my calories but cut down on my coffee alot so that when I do I only have 60 cal from my coffee mate on day I drink coffee.

Well I'm gonna give you kudos! Thats awesome! I'm 5'4.5" and would love to be at your weight! Right now I'm 143 and feeling like after already losing 40 I may never get any lower....any tips? How many workouts a week? How many calories did you eat daily?

I went with the Polar after reading tons of reviews...it seems the most consistent, everyone seems to love them. I have the F11, However theres are many cheaper ones as well. Mine was about 110
