190 to 130...a long journey-2 years!

Before workout boost of energy
Anyone have any tips? Some days I'm just feeling like I'm lugging along and can't get into my workout till about halfway through. So, does anyone have tips on pre-workout snacks etc? What helps?

I eat my dinner at 4:00 usually. I do this because when I don't- I seem to come home and want to eat everything in the house! If I make dinner for everyone and I have already eaten, I'm fine. I eat these every so often, always get a stomach ache later in the day. I like the chocolate flavors but I've heard they aren't as healthy as others-I would assume the higher sugar. Anyone else eat them regularly?

Plateaus...suggestions
