Click Protein Coffee Drink??

So, I'm sure I'm not the only one...I'm addicted to coffee, really I've gotten better at just having one cup, I try to alternate, green tea, Advocare coffecino and my regular coffee with coffeemate

...I came across something new today (new to me) It's called "CLICK" Protein Drink-comes in espresso-vanilla-mocha flavors.
Since I have ZERO experience with protein drinks and reading these types of labels, could anyone offer any assistance? Does it look like a pretty good option to my otherwise sugar based cup of coffee?

I also haven't read the rules about posting a link here-but I found it on Amazon "Click Protein Drink"

Thanks for any opinions!

well, if you are a meat eater, there is no reason you need to take extra protein. if you body build then you only need to intake 100 or so grams a day..other wise intake 40-60 grams.

its no so much the coffee that is bad for you, its the caffiene. perhaps try switching to decaf. you'll still get the anti oxidant benefits of coffee without the horrible caffiene.

I usually just use the vanilla or non flavored protein drinks and add espresso powder/granules to get my coffee fix.

It sure looks good! I didn't see the specific fat and sugar grams....it just said "low" on the one I saw.
Would be interested to see if anyone has tried it as well.
  • I was just wondering the same thing about the atkins mocha protein drink!

I have a hard time with the texture because if you don't have access to a blender when you make the drink, the powder doesn't desolve well even with the shaker. If you go to drinkclink.com, you can order samples. They are a good way to figure out if you like them. I know people that love them, and some that can't stand them. I do have to say that they are awesome about shipping and I don't think they charge for the shipping either.

    Thanks! Great about the samples!
