  • I don't do any stretching before my runs. I go out slow and easy the first .5 to 1 mile and that is my warm up. I do stretch for 15 minutes AFTER my run. For me it helps minimize any soreness if I pushed hard on the run.
  • Try http://www.mapmyrun.com/ You can search for running routes and trails based on your area. It's free and pretty cool to play with.
  • Measure and record each individual items nutritional information and add up the totals. Mix all the inredients together. Separate into serving size portions and divide the totals by the number of servings.
