Sherri, did your trainer tell you that that is the reason that you are not losing weight is because of too much cardio? I'm doing about 9 hrs. of cardio a week (differnet classes) and I'm keeping up just fine. I did add on 30 min with my trianer 2x week for a combination of cardio/strength training. I'm not losing it fast…

Thank you both for the ideas! I can't wait to get rid of the one that I have, it's like wearing nothing at all, but I also put one of those top body shapers on to help. I'm a 1200 per day but after I input my workout(s) for the day mfp gives me a bonus 500-700 more calories! haha I don't want to eat more cause it's too late by time I get home. So I think my breakfast and lunch needs to have more calories, haha I never thought I would ever say that! Is anyone else in this predicament?

7 1/2 pounds and 6 1/2 inches. I just started myfitnesspal last week, or I'm sure I would have lost more! This is a great site and I love it!
