No, because all runners are really fat?? Seriously, Running is cardio, which is wonderful to burn off calories and general health. Strenght training is also important.

Ok my belly also makes me look preggo often, but really, standing up straight ja a huge smile on your face will take take the attention away from the belly. And if everything else fails, stay waist deep in the water.

The goal weight really should depend on the individual. I'd be happy to get a few pounds in my boobs, but I never gain there....just in my belly and butt. :tongue:

I am 5'8" and you are at my goal weight. I am close to it soon too and losing 0.5/week only. In your shoes, I'd just maintain weight, exercise and eat back calories to tone, not look too thin.

I find that I can eat much larger portions if I eat healthier foods, esp. Fruits and veggies. For me it is easier to stay full that way.

Log all the food you eat and do it in any simple calculator, such as MFP( accuracy is not as necessary as ballpark). In its simplicity you just become so unaware of all calories that it it much easier to resist temptation. Or make a better choice.

Try plotting the same for obesity and use of mobile phones. Or maybe use of synthetic fabrics? I also recommend plotting the previously suggested people with out without shoes and obese people. If it is a graph it must be science, proven and true.....
