Well I just finished day 4!!! A" tiny" bit easier today! But I'm disappointed in myself, we had a small get together lunch at work and tonight it's pizza night and I went over my calories BIG time :grumble: I just need to do better tomorrow! Dwelling on today isn't going to change anything...Just stay focused& positive!!!

Shelled- If your talking about the lunges with bicep curls, you are suppose to keep your front knee stable and do NOT bend over your toes leaving it at a 90 degree angle. The back leg you are suppose to just lift straight up & down getting as close to the ground with your knee as you can without hurting yourself. Hope that…

my arms and calves are sore today. I have to do my Day 3 after work today. Had to be at work extra early today so not enough time this morning. Hope I can get through it. I'm seem to have less um-ph in the evenings AND my muscles are sore!!! :tongue:

I started 30 DS today also. I used a HRM watch (cheap) but it said I burned 216 calories. I plan to do it 6 days a week. My stats are: CW- 202 BF-44% We can do this!!:happy:

I'm just starting out& can only lift 15 pd dumbbells. Except lateral raises I can only do 7 pd dumbbells(my 3&4pd dumbbells together). Is that not enough? Most of the exercises I have to really push to complete the 2nd set of reps.

Thanks! I do the TDEE -20% and then on my days that I don't do body weight exercises I do cardio. Usually brisk walk on treadmill at home. I do alternate that too, meaning, I do just walk some times, do uphill, intervals, mountain climb. I switch that up too!! So hopefully that will work!!:flowerforyou:

So should I be Netting my BMR or just consuming BMR? I've noticed the last week I've been eating about 1600 calories but only netting about 1290-1400.

I am drinking 64oz of water a day. I do drink a cup of coffee w/sugar free creamer only in the morning and sometimes a cup in the evening to stay away from sweets.
