I try not to go over too much on my cholesterol. Sometimes it is impossible...esp if I eat 2 eggs. I find that most of the time, if I do not net at least 1200 calories I lose energy. So I try to net 1200. Sometimes that is eating some of the calories back, and sometimes it isn't. It just depends upon how many calories I burn.

When I'm not hungry, but know I have to eat, I eat mixed nuts, whole wheat blueberry muffins, fruit, and smoothies and v8 vegetable juice and a boiled egg....

The question should be....are you healthy? It is a good weight to be at, but are you eating healthy and physically fit...that should be your goal....not some number on the scale...

You can eat what you want, but I have found that you are able to eat more and stay full with the healthy stuff. If you aren't hungry all of the time, then you will be more likely to stick with it.

Thanks so much for sharing this! It is very motivating to read about people who have done what I am now trying to do. I have about 120 to lose to be at my goal. I am down 16 lbs since Jan 10th. I already have more energy eating healthy and exercising. You give me just a little more hope. Thanks.

I fill up on fruits, vegetables and lean protein because it keeps me feeling full and it gives me energy. I exercise and eat right so that I can be in the greatest health that I possible be in. I get my nails and hair done on a regular basis because it makes me feel beautiful.

Mixed nuts, or any nuts, wheat thins or triskets, and the individual fruit in little containers...there is mixed fruit, peaches, manderins, pineapple- they are like canned fruit, but they are in plastic individual containers. I also have a container or peanut butter in my locker....pretzles.

I can't drink milk. But, I can eat yogurt....go figure...but that is definitely not enough calcium . So, I take a supplement. Calcium, magnesium and vit D. Dr. Oz recommends we do that.

I just finished my first session with Zumba. I really liked it...I am very out of shape, but I did my best. I have it on my xbox360 kinect. Me and my son were in there cracking up at each other....I'm glad I got it...I really does work your thighs and but. Mine were very tired when I finished.

Thanks for the post. I eat all of those on a regular basis...I try to eat fish twice a week, I eat tomatoes and spinach almost everyday in a salad, I try to eat blueberries everyday. Do NOT GIVE UP!!! Keep eating healthy. Keep working out....It will pay off. Make sure you are eating enough for the amount of activity you are doing.

What I do, is I eat all day, but I try pick things that are not high in calories early in the day. I try to eat my biggest, and highest calorie meal in the middle of the day, and then I try to leave about 500 cal at least for my evening time. Usually I don't eat a huge meal in the evening. Yes, you are correct. The thing is, you will have to either know how the chili can be divided equally. Can it be divided into 4 equal parts? Can it be divided into 8? That is the problem I come across when I cook. So, generally I estimate, unless it isn't so much that I can measure how much it is.

I agree with this post...it IS calorie counting....It just may be easier for you....I will say this..because they have counted the calories for you, and given them points, it may be easier. But, calorie counting is free. Just do what ever works for you.
