air popped pop corn....when I have the munchies, I can munch on a ton of it. I also love cucumbers and tomatoes in vinegar with some salt and pepper- yummmm. And, just so I don't feel deprived of anything sweet, I eat a sweet potato almost every day....

With my HRM I know when my fitness level has changed. I know when I am not working out hard enough, and I know when to push it and when to slow it down. Yep! but you have to do it everyday and you have to log EVERYTHING you consume and log your exercise and don't go over your calories. I've been doing it for 11 weeks and am down 23.8 lbs.....

Yes. It is worth it....you lose alot of inches with it. If something is too hard, there is a modified version. Just make sure your form is correct. Impropper lunges can harm your knees.

I use mixed nuts too, and also peanut butter with an apple or banana...2 tbsp of peanut butter on a banana is about 300 calories. One ounce of mixed nuts is 170 calories. U can also add avocado, olives and sunflower seeds to your salads if you eat them.
