Does anyone have a favourite tune that they can know they can put on and get their butt moving even if feeling sluggish?
Mine would be Lady Gaga Just Dance and Jessie J Do It Like a Dude!!

Pretty much anything by the Black Eyed Peas gets me going!!0

My friend who runs track for her college said she can run almost twice as far or fast if she is listening to classical music over modern pop, rock or RnB. I haven't tried it yet but I think I will do that this week!0

Stronger by Kanye West and Diamonds From Sierra Leone by Kanye West...0

I seem to like more alternative/rock songs when i work out because the guitar and drums keep me going. I usually keep my ipod on shuffle so if someone like Eminem comes on he keeps me going too. But normally I stick to guns n roses, avenged sevenfold and stuff like that0

Fatboy Slim - "Right Here, Right Now" gives me goosebumps and hella adrenaline every time I listen to it. Not to mention it may have the sweetest music video ever.

Two types of genres get me going: Dance and Rock. Dance has the fast beats so it makes me feel like getting up and dancing and Rock because it's loud and gets me in training mode which is great for running! So I believe someone said Pitbull which is a great artist for dance music and for rock I LOVE My Chemical Romance, sets the mode for me perfectly :-):happy:0

Anything by David Guetta, but especially How Soon is Now. Also partial to Belanova's Bye Bye. Those are the songs I put on when I need that last push.0
