Marinate that chicken breast in the Kens overnight and either broil or grill it the next day. Be sure to perforate the chicken with a fork before marinating. Delicious.

Sliced about a half to a quarter inch thick, dipped in egg, coated in Italian flavored bread crumbs and saute them in extra virgin olive oil until brown on each side. I like using a cast iron pan for this.
