WOOOO - UK And I'm living in Nottingham and Somerset (Uni student)

I'm still smoking as well, I figured that I had to lose weight and stop in some sort of order. I figured if I train my eating habits first, I won't put on tons of weight when I quit when my hands are bored! I have, however, managed to SERIOUSLY cut down. I smoke around 7-10 a day :) Good luck!!!

DONE! Did this after day 2 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge and day 3 of Level 1 on 30DS. Definitely got my heart racing!
-
This made me laugh.. a lot.
-
You look fantastic - and to have achieved that in 7 months is amazing! Just what I needed to motivate me today :D
-
I'm in!!!
-
Every time I crave, I look at my 'before' pictures. (I don't have any afters yet) but having an honest look at my size quenches my cravings pretty darn quick.
-
1) realising that the reason I don't let anyone take pictures of me is due to my weight 2) feeling tired all the time 3) being 'the fat one' out of all my friends :/
-
I'm so in! Done 12K so far, so that's 7.5 miles :D
-
Finished day 2 level 1 today - it hurt SO BAD. (I also walked 6k last night and 6k tonight on top of that) I've heard it gets easier once you get to around day 4. Can't wait until then!!!!
-
My eyes :) I like my calves too :)
-
Bump - I want to see the answers!
-
I'm on day two, woke up and EVERYTHING hurt. Going to need some serious motivation to get off my achey, achey bum and do it again today!!!

- ANY type of chocolate - Jelly - Angels Delight (I am in LOVE with chocolate angels delight) I try to just eat fruit... and salad sticks... (As snacks that is)
-
6ft/ 6ft 1 :D and I'm 190lbs - aiming to get down to a round 150lbs (to begin with) :D
-
I absolutly LOVE wearing heels, yes I'm 6ft - but who cares? I LOVE being tall, plus, a good pair of heels can do magic to bums and thighs (If only an illusion)
-
I'm a little taller than you are, at 6 foot 1 - I'm currently 90 kilos (14 stone), I have to say that - being this tall has impacted my motivation at losing weight. I've always been told that I don't look 14 stone, and half a stone ago I still had a healthy BMI. However, I don't want to be the size I am anymore, so I'm…

You're honesty is amazing. You took the first step! Welcome to the club. Weight loss is a pain in the *kitten*, it's not fun (at least not to begin with) but you'll get there :)

Okay, so I'm a little late for this, but let's do it anyway! SW: 90 KG CW: 90 KG GW: 87 KG Weigh in Dates: 4/15 4/22 4/28 End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost:

At no point did I say people shouldn't have standards. It's up to the individual to fancy whoever they want. Just don't think it's right to make others feel bad about themselves.
-
Done! 50 circles to the side going forward, then 50 going backward, 50 going forward, 50 going backward. Arms are a little achey, but feeling good!
-
50+ - but that doesn't surprise me right now. This has been saved on my bookmarks, going to re-do it every month to see whether how I see myself changes :)

It's horrendous to feel like you aren't good enough for someone. When I met my other half, I was a size 10, and happy with myself and my body. I ballooned up two dress sizes and a HECK of a load of emotional issues. However, someone who makes you feel like you aren't good enough (even if it's not done on purpose) is not…

I do know how you feel! The last time I dieted, I was obsessed with my scales. Maybe I'm not anymore because I'm more ashamed of my weight. Scales are evil, evil things!
-
The scales are my enemy. We don't get on - I just made myself get on them, and it put a real dampener on my day. I feel better if I go on how my clothes fit, makes me feel as if I've accomplished more. However, I am going to make myself weigh once a week - Monday mornings. You should never weigh more than that because your…

Remember that weight loss is never a sprint, it's a marathon. My father has a thyroid condition and he really struggles to maintain his weight - however, when he became much stricter with the food he was eating, things did start to get better. I would agree that to get the ball rolling, don't eat back calories lost in…

I joined two months ago, but only started using this seriously today!! Feel free to add me, always need some friendly motivation!
