Being a little scale addicted, I decided to step on the scales today, and I was pretty gobmsacked! I'm another 4lbs down! So, not only am I FINALLY in the 180's - but, being 6ft1, I HAVE A HEALTHY BMI :D My day started amazingly due to this :)
