Yesterday was actually my first day back in the gym after a long hiatus so I am starting slow and am just doing 3 days a week for now.

I tried it one time and to be honest I didn't like it because it tasted too sweet, then again I just had wls 5 months ago and my taste buds are changing so it could of just been me.
