Wow. She did say 1001 cals in a day and not 1 cal. Is all this abuse really necessary for a whimsical challenge? (I guess it was the '..and 0ne calorie' that was your challenge? ;-) I'm an ADF dieter so I know eating a lower cal amount isn't a killer. No one will die from eating 1001 cals for 1 day. Lighten up.

Hi. You appear to eating basically the same thing everyday. Has this been going on long term? I'd suggest shaking things up a bit (ditch the fries and chips). Add more vegetables and complex carbs (oats, whole wheat pasta, brown rice etc). Drink more too ( water, teas coffee but not high sugar fizzys or juices). :-)

At 144lbs at your height is not that bad to be honest kid. Maybe you have unrealistic expectations of what you should look like. I feel your pain! I'm 2 days in (again) and it does seem hard. I try to have long term, mid term, short term and Instant! goals.
