Thats so typical! A fat person got fat by stuffing their face with chocolate but it cant be their fault oh no... they have to blame someone else so lets blame nutella. People like that make me so mad, they need to stop shovelling nutella into their mouth, read the label and perhaps go a walk.

I normally do Level 2 or 3 of 30DS then i do a 40 minute run. I have lost a couple of pounds and can definitely see a change in my shape but i think i should probably be doing the cardio first then the 30DS. Im a bit unsure of what gets best results!?

I have to run for 1 hour and 28 mins to burn 1000 calories OR Spinning class for 1 hour then a 30 min walk home Makes me want to sew my mouth up and never eat again :(
