CLA - anyone taking this?
Ive just started taking CLA (used to a long time ago but never stuck with it) and have been reading some horror stories that you shouldnt take it as it gives you high blood sugar and can cause type 2 diabetes in otherwise non diabetes suffering people. Just wondering if it acutally works at helping you lose fat?

Legs like tree trunks
Ok so my legs arent actually like tree trunks but to me, they feel that way. I seem to have abnormally large calves and nothing i do seems to make them thinner! Some one out there must know of some good workouts/excercises for legs? I just want them thinner!!!! Really, not too much to ask is it? haha :P
