Looking for motivation!

Hi all,

Im Leanne and im new to the site, been using it a week now and think its pretty cool. Only want to lose a couple of kilos and get myself motivated. Im a regular at the gym, 4 or 5 times a week, i wouldnt say i enjoy excersice, its more i enjoy how good i feel once ive done it!

My downfall is food, i have no willpower at all and just want to eat all the time! I love food! Im here for some motivation to get moving and also some will power to keep me away from the cookie jar!

    hun, i am the same way with food! The worst part for me is at night when my husband is at work and i am doing homework...all i want to do is snack!! Its hard but i find keeping things like grapes and yogurt on hand can help with the snacking.
