Supplements and Vitamins

Im just wondering what supplements and vitamins, if any, people out there take.

I have just started taking CLA as im told it helps to reduce fat and promote lean muscle tissue. Im working out a lot and also doing some weight training so im hoping to see a difference. I have also started taking Coenzyme Q10 as not only are there studies showing it can help with fat loss its good for the heart and energy levels. I am mainly taking it for the energy reasons.

Any reccomendations on anything else thats particularly benificial?
