  • NSV= Non Scale Victory. Where you notice your body changing, where your clothes are too big or someone notices/comments. It's the little things that keep you going, when the scales don't move! :0)

Michelin doesn't award stars for being 'diet' friendly', and I would suggest you enjoy the experience; avoid dishes you know are likely to contain unhealthy amounts of calories (double cream, cheese etc.), but don't be a diet bore.
