Hahaha LOVE IT! I've lost a human head whilst joining MFP in just over a month BUT altogether (including my loss in 2010) I have lost the average American's cheese consumption in a year. I have a house sized cat to lose before i'm at my goal haha.

My goals for this week is to ensure I am drinking the daily recommended amount of water. Also to drink as little alcohol as possible (this is one of my downfalls). Will be drinking saturday night but gonna attempt to not drink any other days. Need to push harder with my exercise, the weight it getting harder to shift now.…

I've weighed in this morning and was expecting a gain (its been a tough week for me) but I've managed to lose 0.2lbs. I've lost an inch off my waist so I'm happy. Just need to work alot harder this coming week as 0.2lbs isn't good enough! I can now officially say I'm currently the lightest I've been in 4 years!! :D :D Good…

Hope you feel better soon stacey! migraines suck!! Don't let this turn into a bad day because of it, the exercise can wait for another day don't worry about that. As for calories..... there is so much food you can eat with 800 calories, I'm confident you can do this and even if you do go slightly over with your calories…

I like the sound of this, I read a similar thread last week and went and bought a measuring tape right away. I've lost inches from my thighs, stomach and wasit, and a little on my arms. I must admit though I would still be gutted if the scales read the same or more from the week before but hopefully it won't come to that.…

hey guys, I weigh in every Tuesday morning without fail and sometimes have a peak half way just to see how I'm doing. I think Tuesdays are a good day because it stops me from being bad at the weekend and if I do let slip on the weekend it still gives me Monday to try fix it and shift some calories before weigh in the next…

Try adding some mixed nuts to your daily intake.....they're high in calories (and fat but good fats) and are good for you, I had 10 macadamia nuts today as a snack and they added a staggering 203 calories to my diary. Did I mention they were yummy too!? :)
