  • So so happy with this week's STATurday results! Scales down by 3.2lb and lost a total of 6cm :) good lick to everyone else today! Stace
  • Big well done to everybody who managed to double up on Friday week 1! I struggled with the lower focus and intended to do cardio after but only managed 15 minutes of cardio after the lower focus (better than nothing I guess). I did go play squash at the weekend too (every little helps). Oh and can I just say....the stretch…
  • Hi everyone :) I completed Alpha Speed 1.0 (week 2) this morning before work and I can honestly say that I feel like I "nailed it" well apart from the burpees during the burnout where I had to switch to Tania haha. I definitely feel like I did better than week 1 anyway and it felt great to get it out of the way before work…

  • Well done on your progress so far nineohseven, thats some great results on the inch loss :) I am a bit of a scale addict myself and I am becoming slightly disheartened by the lack of movement on the scales so far (I'm only 1.5 weeks into the program) I started on the 04 November. My measurements were pretty good by the end…
  • Hi everyone, I started the T25 on the 4th November so currently on my second week of Alpha phase. I'm looking to find some extra motivation from you guys knowing you are also taking part in the T25 program. Here is a little about me: 1. Your name, age, and where you live (as much as you are comfortable providing) – Stacey,…

  • Hahaha these posts made me giggle! I think its because I can so relate to it....my nickname is "hurricane stace" which my boyfriend stole from my sister who is "hurricane gem". We've been brought up as fast eaters and I still cannot break the bad habit!! Any new ideas welcome to try help us hurricaner's slow down lol??
  • WOW! You look AMAZING!!! I am seriously shocked at the change, you are such an inspiration to us all here on MFP!! Well done on your hard work and determination especially with having a partner who doesn't eat healthy which means you're surrounded by temptations. I can only hope that I could look as good one day. WAY TO…
  • I definitely think it is worth it, it keeps me motivated and its nice to be able to compete with other users. Some people have complained that they can't log in at times but I've only had this once in the past 3 months and it was fine within a couple of hours :) Hope your enjoying your new treadmill!
  • I haven't set myself an overall goal yet but at the minute my goal is to reach 145lbs. I'm 5 ft 7 and weighing in at 155 (BMI: 24.27) Good luck on your journey peeps! Stace
  • 1. 27 2. Half apple half pear :) 3. Exercise has definitely played a big part in my weight loss, I work out on average 4-5 times a week. I try to be as clean as possible with my eating habits now but still have a treat/cheat day once every week. I can totally see a diffference withi my skin and I generally feel a lot…
  • Hey!! I also have a 10KM race approaching (in 3 weeks time to be exact.) I'm 5 ft 8 and weigh in at 160lbs, I have only ever completed 2 other 10km races and finished in 62 mins both times. I wasn't really training for them and only ever ran 5km before the race (i almost fainted both times which wasn't good!). This time…

  • Thanks for your advice guys, really appreciate it. I think what I might start to do is alternate, eat half an avocado a day and then the next day have my 10 macadamia nuts. Really liking the sound of that avocado recipe with the nuts and vinegrette!! Might have to try that bad boy out sometime. Thanks again guys :)

  • Hey everybody! Good luck for "Going Mad in March" challenge! I was gutted I didn't reach the 10lb loss in February but still 7.4lb is a good number :) Lets see how I do in March, starting weight from 01 March is 160.8lbs Good luck! x
  • LOL @ yeast rolls!! No clue what they are but they sound good. Seriously tho well done on cutting out all carbs thats pretty damn amazing!! Wish I had that sort of determination. Thx for the luck...don't know about the others but I know i'm gonna need it :)
  • No but I've heard so much about these and I want one badly!! Does anybody know if these will be available in Europe anytime soon? :D
  • For me personnally its just bread, tortilla wraps, pita's but you should adjust as you like :) Good luck!! :D
  • No I'm not cutting out rice and pasta (don't often eat them to be honest though) just the bread as I know it will do me good. Good luck if you're gonna give it a shot :)
  • Thx Stace.....I'm glad you understand where I'm coming from :)
  • Because theres 30 calories in a cracker and theres 80 calories in a slice of bread and when I eat a slice of bread I want more than just a slice where as with crackers I'm happy with a few without feeling bloated. Bread = more calories then which equals bloated feeling cos I can't stop at one slice thats why. I've already…
  • Well guys I've had a think and I'm setting myself a realistic challenge which means no breads, tortilla wraps, pita's etc but will be allowing myself crackers for my lunch. Good luck to anybody else that is willing to take part. Its the weekends that are gonna be hard for me.
  • Lets see how you do Stace, if you've done it before I think you can do it again :) lets all just keep each other motivated. mrssavvysteve what do you think? I'm thinking flat out....although would thin wafer crackers fall into the "bread section"?? I usually eat a few crackers for my lunch most days with cottage cheese so…

  • Wow thanks everyone!!! Its great to see so much support from you all :)
  • A lot of the time I don't consume the exercise calories but I have found that eating "some" of my exercise calories has actually helped me lose more weight than not eating them at all. Sounds weird I know but those few extra hundred calories stop my body from entering starvation mode. i'd recommend eating at least some of…
