It's very scary that people turn to google rather than listening to healthcare professionals. If you don't feel like your doctor is listening to you or providing you adequate answers, then by all means, get a second or third or fourth opinion. Self medicating yourself is not the way to go. If you can get some Iron supplements with Vitamin C, I would recommend that. The Vitamin C makes the Iron easier to absorb.

Say out loud '600 calories'. Then log 600 calories. And you are eating NOTHING. At least double that and make sure you ARE eating 1200 at least.

Eat 1200 calories NET minimum. Eat your exercise calories back so you hit your NET target. Eat what the hell you want. It really is that simple.

I tend not to mention unless I hit a mile stone, like I hit 10lbs weight loss a few weeks ago and I told a few people as I was pretty proud and felt that warranted a humble brag :wink: I'll be telling everyone when I lose a stone :laugh:
