thanks for the answers so far. they used Bioelectrical impedance analysis

Yes, but HOW

why don't you just not log it and count it as a 'cheat' night? btw, stick to clear spirits and diet soda options. much less calorific.

Heh your pictures remind me of myself when I first started my journey, we have similar builds. For the majority of my 22lbs, I have done 1200 net and it has worked fine for me. I also did not do low carb, I think low carb is pointless but I would advise that you get the majority of your carbs from veg, fruit, wholemeal…

Virtually impossible to do so. Quit weighing yourself every day, it'll drive you mad.
-
No it doesn't, just because you have more to lose doesn't make TS's journey to her better body/lifestyle invalid. Lose the attitude.
-
Chill out, she didn't say it was a binge. TS - No one's perfect and it's unreasonable to expect anyone to be so. What you've worked out is that sometimes chips and chocolate milk isn't worth it. You may be craving it, but it's more often the thought that's more pleasurable. You learnt a lesson and you can now move on.
-
Just had a quick peek at your profile, your transformation is absolutely fantastic.
-
Nice to know! Cheers :drinker:

http://www.costa.co.uk/menu/mocha-hot-chocolate/hot-chocolate/ Took me 2 minutes to google. Unless you asked for skimmed especially, it was full fat and 327 calories. Rest of the macros are in the link.

Nice empty post. So worthwhile.
-
Probably because you were running about so much! Never walked past a McDonald's and it's been empty.
-
And I bet he felt like **** for all 90 of them.
-
Exercise? Lol
-
What? That's a perfectly healthy way of eating. OP - I would suggest you log, you will be surprised at how the calories can add up. Also, time of the month?
-
you know what else is good at curbing appetite? eating proper, solid food.
-
5'2 107 is on the low side, please do not think you need to achieve that. I'm 5'2, currently 123 and would be happy to reach my ultimate goal of 115 but pre-Christmas, I was pretty happy with 120.

Save your breath, they'll never believe what works for them won't work for everybody else.
-
3lbs, although I'm not sure how much of that is from actual Christmas as I've been slacking ever since I started my new job in August.
-
This might sound silly.....but do you wake up in the night? My mother is a habitual nocturnal eater. She doesn't even realise she's doing it until the next morning.
-
Interesting! I held on, only because i needed it for the HRM but i'll wear mine tomorrow and not hold on. Thanks for all the info guys.

London's my home and 1st love but it's not great for working out purposes hah
-
Boring. I also live in London, where it's constantly cold and rainy ;)
-
As I said above, I live in a city so I don't have the opportunity to go hiking or walking in woods. 3MPH is ridiculous though
-
The elliptical is the cross trainer right? It's my favourite!!!! I love that machine.
-
No offence taken because that's not what I do. I don't want to use weights. I however use a variety of cardio machines for at least 15 minutes each so I don't get bored. I just wanted to know if I was wasting my time by using the treadmill for inclined walking.
-
I thought so too. I'm always envious of people who get to go on hikes and whatnot. I'd love to do that but I live in a city.
-
audio books is a fantastic idea

All those 2 cents can go buy you a lovely, nice, warm, artesian baguette YUM
