You can do it. I recommend you start with getting a C25K app on your smart phone if you have one, or doing it without the phone. I have never been a runner and I can now run 30 mins at a time. If I can do this you can do this. Dont listen to those doubters. Go for it.

But so far this is what has worked for me:- - being committed 100% - logging food on MFP - pretty much eating the same things to start with and then changing foods now and then for a bit of variety - having a few treats in the house for me, like weight watchers hot chocolate, ww bars, jelly,…

Yes I can see it in your tummy and your face. Your tummy looks heaps smaller. Sometimes I think people are just being polite by not saying anything, or perhaps when they see us all the time they dont notice if that makes sense. Well done though, can't wait to see the next photo.

I would post a picture if I actually knew how. I have lost over 20 pounds in 3 months. I don't work in pounds though but know I have lost almost 12kg. Its quite noticeable now I think.

You can do it. I have lost 12 kilos in about 3 months and that has made a massive difference to how my clothes fit me. Give it everything you have got and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Could you just use normal sugar but use less maybe?? I used to have 2 sugars in a coffee but now have only half a teaspoon.

I have a fitbit and I find it really motivating. I aim to do atleast 10,000 steps a day. It is very doable but the only way I can acheive this is if I go for a decent walk or run everyday. I don't log my exercise anymore because the fitbit does it for me.

I have never ever been a runner but I am now on week 6 of a couch to 5k program. The one I am doing is called Rundouble. http://www.rundouble.com/ I highly recommend it. I am actually enjoying it. I am going to complete this, I know I am. If I can do it you can do it.

I am not planning on joining a gym. All you really need is a pair of shoes and then you can go for walks/runs. I have now got a swiss ball so I can start doing some exercises at home.

Perhaps plan ahead some better choices of food if you really need to eat after dinner. I used to be like that but avoid eating after dinner as much as possible. Yes I dd put on some weight when I stopped smoking. I treated myself to food and things to get me through. But hey I haven't had a cigarette for nearly 2 years so it was worth putting on a few kilos. Don't beat yourself up about it.

I think it is relatively accurate. It is 9pm here and it says I have done 15270 steps, 10.99 km and burnt 2545 calories. I have done a 5k walk and another 2ish k walk so I reckon it kind of adds up.
