Thanks for the ideas. I have prepared my lunch for tomorrow and my lunch box is filled with fresh fruits and veges. Hope its enough and hope no one brings a welcome back to work cake in to tempt me.

Its good to know I am not the only one having this trouble. I never had this trouble with my fitbit. Ghosh I almost feel like wearing my flex as well but that seems ridiculous. I do like everything else about the vivofit though.

Oh good I am not alone. I feel like a dork when I run, like I am not doing it properly either. I wonder if I don't lift my legs up high enough off the ground. I run really slow as well I think. I am starting to feel more confident as time goes on though.

I don't know. I made a blog the other day and wrote down the weight I will apparently be in 5 weeks so I can remember and check to see if its true. lol. I sometimes wish it would say 2 weeks instead of 5.

I would suggest do my fitnesspal and maybe eat no more than your suggested calorie intake but also do heaps of exercise to earn extra calories that you don't eat back. Try the 30 day shred and perhaps a run or swim. Start out doing C25K if you are not a runner. Good luck.

Start right now, stick to your calories, don't eat all your exercise calories, start exercising, walk, do C25k, swim. Believe that you can do it and do it. Don't give up.

Awesome, its such a good feeling isn't it. I was amazed that I finished it and I am still doing it. I still have not run 5k, as I run quite slow I think. But I am just blown away that I can even run for 30 mins at a time. Some days I still want to stop though but I made myself keep going.

I would completely stay away from what you are eating. I tend to eat the same things over and over so I don't need to think too much. Here are a few ideas.
