try to aim for 1/2 cup serving sizes of most everything you eat or be almost religous of eating the recomended serving size i did that and lost 7lbs in about 3 weeks without really trying other than walking

there is the "rice diet" i think thats what its called its been awhile 10 lbs in 3 days its rough though it tells u what to eat for what meal each day. i couldnt do it :(

get a pair of ankle weights maybe a total of 5 lbs (2.5 per leg) and wear them everywhere even just walking around the house i was just like u and the weight was coming off in size but not numbers due to my gut (i believe) ... add me please i get really discourgaged in this and could use some support as well

im just trying to lose about 60 lbs and no kids im a full time massage student have not been skinny since a very young age. really hoping to make some new friends. not sure how this community thing works either =(
