Thank you so much. I know there are others living my life, but it nice to see success!! I started logging today. Went to the city yesterday and walked a ton. Made me feel very motivated. I used to work in Manhattan and would walk so much from Penn to my office.. then at lunch etc.. It also helped to dress up every day.…

Thanks. My problem is skipping meals, then eating quick things that are higher in calories, not sweets, just quick things. I don't drink soda so that is good, but I do drink coffee with agave instead of regular sugar. In the nice weather, we are always outside after work and school. This time of year is so hard.
