Hi, I joined Feb 2. Like many others I have done other diets - Weight Watchers...etc. To me MFP is like a daily bank account. I like to be able to stay under my total calorie (balance) each day. I like to be able to add exercise. It is also very shocking to see how many calories some foods contain. It helps me make better…
