It's really personal preference and I don't think it'll make much difference at all... But I track ice cubes haha my diary makes more sense to friends reading it if I track that way :bigsmile:

It does become routine. If you find something you enjoy you'll really start looking forward to it. I have recently started doing the leslie sansone walking videos on YouTube, and I love them! I'm at work right now and am actually looking forward to getting home so I can do one! I don't normally feel that way about exercise…

Haha when I was younger I thought I'd have to shop for fancy heels or boots in drag stores. Thank god times have changed and some bigger shops stock up to an 11AUS...

I'm 6ft, neither apple of pear shaped, more like the whole fridge (it IS improving!). Problem areas are easily covered when I can find pants that are long enough. Don't get me started on big feet! But... I suppose I'd look ridiculous if I had small feet carrying my tall, broad shouldered frame :bigsmile:

Yup. I have a few friends on here, maybe more like acquaintances.... I like the little comments on my auto updates. 99% of the time conversation is goal/weight loss/fitness related.

I adopted an English staffordshire bull terrier, would definitely, without question, adopted the same again. Such a loyal, easy to train breed. She is an absolute delight!

It is inspiring for me to see the transformations. That's pretty much where it stops for me. I'm sure we would all have dramatic losses if we spent most our time in the gym every day.

It's definitely doable! Eating well isn't expensive if you do your research. There are plenty of recipes that are both budget and calorie friendly. Once you're in a routine, add in some exercise - just walk to start.... The pounds will start coming off and that will be yur motivation. MFP is a wonderful resource! Feel free…
