Wow. I usually avoid the chit-chat forums but thread made for interesting reading. I'm easy when it comes to FRs... I don't often do the requesting myself. And I will delete if my feed gets flooded with ditzy comments.

Amazing! Congratulations!,

It's gotta be! :noway:

Diet sodas aka can of chemicals are extremely bad for us! We might as well drink poison. *sips on a sugar free redbull* Each to their own... If you don't like the taste I would recommend making them habit, they are bad for us and addictive!

Yup... Frizzy ends sure do suck. If you're getting regular trims and the ends aren't split the most common problem is product buildup. Bad product build up makes the ends dry, course and usually a few shades lighter than your actual hair. Of course we go into panic mode and put more product on to "moisturize" them! Get a…

Wow!!!

You might feel a bit silly but you can use anything for weights. Cans, soda bottles etc. For example, A 2L soda bottle (full with soda or water) would be good for double tricep extensions. Use cans for biceps curls, increase the reps due to the light weight. And so on... Try searching YouTube for seated workouts too! Good…

Also tricep kickbacks with dumbbells... The burn is heavenly lol

I love tricep extensions with dumbbells...

I'm after some new friends too, feel free to add me... In short, I'm 29yo Aussie, live with my partner. Work full time in an office. I started at 154kg, down to 127kg (340-279lbs, I'm 6ft tall). Long way to go, but I'm here for the long haul! I moderate a new weekly challenge group in the groups section of the…

Got to love that!

Well done! What an amazing transformation! You look gorgeous!
-
Welcome aboard! I'm with the others, why tomorrow? Start today!
-
Water. Haha  I drink WAY too many sugar free sodas, but I'm not about to suggest you start doing that! Unless you want to kill yourself with artificial sweeteners like I do... Water is you're best friend. Sorry to be a grinch!

I find weight training and a low-ish carb diet works best for me - sorry for the brief response, I'm multitasking while at work! I'll try to expand later! Oh, and welcome!!

If all the planets align and I find myself under my calorie goal significantly, and I'm not hungry (so.... Maybe twice every six months)... I have a small, high fat snack boost. Like an avocado or spoon full of coconut oil. YUM
-
Lmao

It can be really daunting to start with, but don't let it put you off. Track everything and you'll be surprised how much you can eat sticking to your calorie goal. My advice... Go a touch hardcore in the first couple of weeks. Once you get the hang of counting you'll find you can squeeze in things like ice cream and still…

Love bok choy! I don't have any precise recipes, I usually just wash chop and stir-fry. A little spray oil, meat of choice, garlic, ginger, other Asian greens, capsicum, a tablespoon of soy, oyster or chili sauce... That's it!
-
Each to their own really. I try not to over indulge in carbs, but I'm not a low carb dieter either. The common carbs that bulk up a meal - rice, pasta, potatoes - take up too many calories for my liking. But I do eat high foods everyday anyway. My worst culprit is low fat yogurt, only 129 cals but 19.4g of carbs
-
Haven't heard of it.... The only "skinny fiber" that comes to mind consists of a huge bowl of Asian greens lol
-
I LOVE cottage cheese - the creamed version. A few more calories but the taste is much better. I love it on cruskits with sliced tomato and salt and pepper. YUM!
-
Protein shake (define) 93, smooze icy thing 70, yogurt 100-150, pickles, cherry tomatoes, miso soup 28 - the list could go on....
-
Feel free to add me or, if you're into challenges, check out the WMFPC group on the forums. And don't hassle yourself too much, many of have relapsed. Chin up

How many calories is healthy?! How long is a piece of string? 1200 isn't much really, if you're feeling sick and forcing yourself to eat that much, maybe you should try increasing healthy, high calorie foods - think good fats, for example. Everyone's body is different. If you're concerned about your health try talking to a…

Yup.... Deodorant? Check!

Feel free to add me.... I'm hardly an inspiration but I can attempt to be supportive  Lol @ sirbonerfart - chin up sunshine!

SMH..... A completely inappropriate comment from a supervisor....

Try creating a recipe in myfitnesspal with all the individual ingredients weighed and messured. It's the only way to really know.
