Yeah I hear that a lot but I've done this before but not this extreme. I have a great transition plan that allows me to keep it off. But I definitely understand what you're saying. I'm probably going to incorporate that meal.

Thank you for the feedback guys. I am going to see my doctor next week actually and we will discuss less harmful ways to lose weight effectively although I am very aware of what I'm doing. I am considering doing two meal replacements and one lean healthy dinner per day.

Hi I'm trying to lose 100 lbs atleast too. I just started my diet 5 days ago and I have lost 8 lbs since then. I hope I'm doing well so far. It's so hard though smh...I can't eat what/how I want to anymore. I'm 5'4 and I would like to be around 150lbs right now I am at 252 :(. Definitely need some encouragement.
