My all time favorite has to be dance, my next being pilates, and the final is walking with my dog.

I love walking! A few years ago, I lost twenty-five pounds by walking. Now it's something I don't have much time to do (well, my second-choice exercise), but I still do it and love it when I can.

Skipped yesterday because I needed to work on my novel, but I am going to do day 5 (I believe?) during lunchtime today as well as an hour of Zumba later tonight, to catch me back up. Won't skip any more days and will keep at this.

You could try upping your calories for a week or two, then go back to 1300 calories? Another idea is to exercise more than you are.

I've done the workouts on and off, but never truly consistently.
