  • did you log sedentary activity for TDEE? If so, eat calories back. If you log as moderate exercise (3-5 days a week) for example, eat TDEE - 20% all the time (even on your rest days, beacuse those calories are ALREADY incorporated in TDEE, and you deducted 20% off. hope that helps!

  • Me too! I see definition. Quite different from 30DS. I alternate NMTZ with other jillian videos, but I grew to love NMTZ soooo much, that once, when I planned to do RI30, lvel whatever, I played NMTZ by accident.
