  • Hi everyone. I'm 48 and convinced I am starting. In the last 12 months my periods have gone really unpredictable - from being steady and regular every 4 weeks to anything from 2 to 9 weeks and lasting just a few days or two weeks the longest one :frown: I haven't really suffered from the hot flushes or night sweats but my…

  • hi Lisa Welcome to MFP. I found the site in February and have lost 45.5lb's to date. It's been a steady weight loss and surprisingly easy with the support from friends on this site and logging every day. I try to stick to my 1200 cals and I have gradually increased the exercise I do (but know I need to do more on this).…

  • I can't believe how cold I have started to feel :frown: I normally love the fresh air and windows open and traditionally our heating doesn't go on until the clocks go back at the end of October and we are still on the summer duvet, but i think I am definately missing the 41lb that must have been keeping me warm. Will have…

  • LOVE IT! Feel so much better when it's hot and sunny - eat loads of fruit and drink lots of water and the bonus this year is my ankles haven't swelled up since I lost the weight :)
  • I only recently added the sugars to my count because I found it in the list. I am always over but I do eat a lot of fruit, usually at midday and I have been steadily losing 1 - 1.5 lb a week so I'm not too worried about it - it's fats I really have to watch because of a health problem

  • I started my MFP jpurney BECAUSE of my gallstone. I didn't know I had them until I had an attack and ended up in A & E end of January. I had a scan and have multiple stones, One is 2.2 cm's! • I love to going fishing, especially in France. my husband is a keen angler and it was a case of don't see him much or join him. I'm now well and truely "hooked"and I know there are not that many keen female anglers out there. I fish in all weathers from below freezing and snow on the ground to 30 degrees! I've been to some…
