One of the best ways to be held accountable is to be accountable for real. Find someone to report to. A signicant other, someone on here, a co worker, etc. set up what you will report. Exercised, ate proper, drank water, or whatever you two or your group decides to report. Example, I have my kids hold me accountable. I…

Friend request sent. Been here just a week myself. Looking to build a network of support as well.

I agree with most everything here. Your successes possible give them a bigger inferiority complex then they may have had being friends with a bigger you. My guess (and it's only a guess) is that not talking about it to your bigger friends unless they directly ask would quell the outwardly negative comments. If that doesn't…

I do find the meal tracker quite eye opening for sure. Having an understanding of what really is entering my mouth is important. And an eye opener for sure. My last message should have said I don't want to pay for the membership part. My brain was moving faster than my fingers lol.

I am actually doing insanity currently, and will follow that with p90x, I just don't to pay for the membership part. That's what I meant by not doing BB. I do believe in the BB products, and the whole community encouragement part. It is a powerful thing, just doesn't fit the budget.

47 here. As with many on here, I am sick of the yoyo. Determined to get fit and live healthier. I am down 37 lbs from my highest weight of 262. My next goal weight is 210. Good luck everyone.

Down over 20 lbs overal, 15 lbs more to hit my next goal.

Compared to where you started, were you having more bad days than good? Great start, keep it going. The great thing is, the only thing we can really control is our choices of today. Making the choice to eat or not eat a particular good or not so good item is up to us. And always remember, if you feel you're having a bad…

Monumental day for me. Joined myfitnesspal, joined this fine group and started day 1 of month 2. I feel like I did day 1 month 1 lol. I am like most posts I have read. Have lost inches but little weight. 3 lbs total loss through month one. It is refreshing to know the majority of results comes in month 2. Gigantic…

Hi all. I just joined myfitnesspal today. I have been doing insanity for a month with little weight loss success. After reading through many of your posts I see that is a common outcome. Loss of inches here and there, getting more fit, just not dropping the lbs. so I figured it was diet related and thus my entry into…
