1. Yes, i weigh myself everyday. I wish i wouldn't but it helps me stay on track. But only in the mornings. Multiple times a day would drive me crazy. lol 2. My boyfriend eat THOUSANDS of calories everyday, Mcdonalds for breakfast, Wendys number 1 with a large fry AND a milkshake for lunch, and an ENTIRE pizza for dinner, and then polish off half a cake. I made the mistake of weighing myself RIGHT after a HUGE dinner, (that i drank 4 HUGE glasses of water at) While I was on TOM, and horribly sunburnt. (you retain alot of water to help heal your skin) I was up more than 6lbs! :noway: Never again.

Thank you everyone!! Jog for about 30 mins 6 days a week, alot of resistance training. (I spend about an hour each day doing either legs and core, or arms and core.) And, I KILL it at the gym pretty much everyday. I just act like its the last time i'll be able to go for a while. High protein diet, moderate carbs... and : )…

... I've lost 60 lbs and am currently wearing the same pants i used to.. :grumble: They don't look exactly the same, but, im wearing them non the less. People lose it from different places.. I am 5' 8" I have a big bone structure, (google how to measure your elbow bone.) I am still 170 right now, and i am a size 11 currently. Of course it matters how you carry your weight but, i doubt you have a big enough bone structure, to make it so you can't get under a size 14...

Don't put the scale in ur trunk! There is far to much bouncing in ur car, not healthy for the mechanics of the scale! I had my boyfriend hide mine, i have no idea where it is.. Its killing me. lol Next Friday I can weigh myself again.. Good Luck!

It has aspartame. Which can cause brain damage, along with a bunch of other problems... Kinda scary...
