I did that.. I got to 160 and decided to take a little break.. That was in June.. In november, I am 162... I did get back with it for a couple weeks, and got to 153, but, I am now 9 lbs more than that again.. It is REALLY hard to get back on the wagon.. Atleast it was for me... At 225 I was a size 15/17 but after I got to like 190 I was able to wear size 11's. And altho they are huge on me, I can still wear the 11's even tho im in between a size 9/7 right now.. I weight like 154...

Depends.. If i am eating food with my hands, I just throw it in my mouth and sometimes forget to even breathe. lol. if im eating with a spoon, don't wait up.. lol..

I got back and forth from wanting to show the world where i've come from.. to being SO ashamed I ever let myself get to the point I was at. Atho, it does help when I want a burger to look at those pictures and be like, you know what.. I don't want one that badly anymore. lol

I lost my first size at 30 lbs lost.. but I quickly went from a size 12 to a size 8 after that. Can't explain it, I guess I lost 30 lbs mostly from the top of my body at first.. Good Luck and Congrats on the weight loss!

I was 225 and i am also 158.4 today... Weird. lol.. I noticed those things too! I also have a bruise on my right knee where im used to knocking my knees together and now they are too boney to do that! Its a good pain. lol. Congrats!!

I saw something a long time ago it said "Don't reward yourself with food. YOU ARE NOT A DOG" and It really stuck with me. So now I use stuff I don't normally buy myself like.. Massages, nails done, new cloths, and well... anything non-edible. lol.

Cheese!!! GOD I HATE CHEESE!! I actually hate most dairy really... Even just the smell has been known to make me lose my lunch.

5' 8" also, My HW was 225. Today I am 157. I have a large frame so right now, I look pretty inshape in my cloths... Naked, is still a work in progress.:grumble: :noway: lol. My goal right now is to be under 145. After I get there, I think I will probably want to be more like 135... I love seeing what other people my height…
