No longer obese

As of my weigh in yesterday I am officially out of the obese catagory and into the overweight! Today is my birthday...is there any better present than being one big step closer to my goal! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!

    Happy birthday and what a great present to yourself.

    It's my next goal to get into 'overweight', another 10 or so pounds to go and I'll be there with you.
