I'm glad you posted this. Exercise improves my mood and energy level so much that I rarely take a rest day, I just feel like too much of a lump. I wonder if a brisk walk or yoga would still be okay on a rest day... Oh, just reread and saw that your trainer said light walking was okay... duh.

Yes! Discovered I was 5'4 instead of 5'3 during a physical last year. Not sure exactly when it happened since I don't measure my height that often but was definitely pleasantly surprised.

You can add me too. I'm 5'4", 145lbs my goal is 125lbs or just to be in great shape, i guess I'll see what I weigh when I get there.

I'm also a busy mom (twin 9yr olds and a 13 yr old) whose been on MFP for a few weeks, lost 5 lbs... would like to lose 30, but would be perfectly fine with just getting in better shape, whatever that weight is... I don't know if I'm very motivational but I can try. And I don't mind questions.
