The leg raises are harder for me too! I put my hands under my bottom because otherwise they really hurt my back. I can hold them for 60 seconds but it's a struggle! Kelly

It seems like you should be able make up some of the exercises from the previous week. For example, if you go away Friday to Sunday, and you can't do Friday's or Saturday's exercises you should be able to make them up on Sunday. Unless you work ahead, if you don't do Saturday on Saturday, you don't get the points. I can do…

Question: What classifies as drinking "water"? I typically only log water if I drink plain water or decaf tea/coffee. I do not log a bottle of water with a packet of Crystal Light. What does everyone else do? :drinker:
