I LOVE Insanity! T25 and 21 Day Fix are also my favorites! Stick with it...it's painful but you'll be overjoyed with the results!

If you are accurately logging your calories (measuring your portions, etc) and accurately logging your exercise (from a HRM), and still not losing, I would consult with a physician.

I can't see your diary so I don't know what you're eating. I would suggest you eat a lot of protein and you can carb up on your run days. Also, I'm not sure you're calculating your calorie burn correctly. I'm 5'5" and 123 pounds. I typically run anywhere between 3-6 miles several days a week and I burn roughly 100 calories…

Make sure you are measuring your portions accurately. I truly was surprised by what I "thought" was a cup and the difference when I measured. Just a thought... Also, your diary is not available for everyone to see what you're logging. If you adjust your settings so others can view your food and exercise, you might get…
